Refund Policy

This policy applies to one‑time purchases on teravia, such as paid trips and paid guides. Subscriptions (Teravia Plus) are covered separately in our Terms.

1) Digital content

Paid trips and guides are digital content that unlocks immediately after purchase. Because delivery is instant, we generally don’t offer refunds once the content is unlocked, except where required by law.

2) When we may issue a refund

  • If you were charged but the content did not unlock due to a technical error (we’ll fix it or refund).
  • If you made a duplicate purchase by mistake (we’ll verify and refund the duplicate).
  • If the content is materially unavailable (e.g. removed) shortly after purchase and we can’t restore access.

3) How to request a refund

Email hello@teravia.app with your purchase email and the trip/guide link. If we approve a refund, we’ll process it back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank/provider.

4) Taxes

If a purchase is refunded, we also refund the applicable taxes/fees that were charged with that purchase, where possible and required.

5) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access to the purchased content while the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first — we can usually fix issues faster than a chargeback.

6) Legal note

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Laws vary by country; if local law requires a refund, we comply.
