No account or Workspace link is required. A purchase reference helps, but is optional. Sending this notice records your decision; any statutory entitlement and refund are reviewed separately.

For example the service and approximate purchase date. Do not include a private Workspace link, payment-card details or itinerary documents. Recognised private access links are removed from the notice.
