Italian, from Padova, and founder of Teravia. Lake Como is a place I have kept returning to for years. I first travelled regularly to Bellagio and the central lake while living in Italy, and continued coming back after moving abroad in 2012, in summer, but also outside the main season. I know the lake both as a traveler and as someone who has developed a long personal connection with it: the ferries, the boats, the villages, the mountain roads and the feeling of being remarkably close to Milan while somehow in a completely different world. When I decided Teravia should go deeply into one destination rather than cover many places superficially, Lake Como was the natural place to start. On Teravia, I curate and review Lake Como travel information with particular attention to transport, ferry travel and the practical decisions that can make a trip work well.

Yes. Bring your itinerary, notes or screenshots. We’ll focus on what to keep and what needs changing.
Can you review an itinerary made with ChatGPT?
Yes. We’ll check the ideas against your base, geography, transport and the time you actually have.
Do I need a Teravia account?
No account is required to purchase either planning service or to open the private Trip link you receive.
What do I receive with a Custom Plan?
A day-by-day private Teravia Trip with realistic sequencing, relevant transport, booking priorities, practical notes and experiences, plus bad-weather alternatives where useful. One revision is included.
Will you book hotels, ferries or activities for me?
No. I help you decide and plan. You make and manage bookings directly with the relevant provider; tickets and activities are not included in the planning fee.
What if I’ve already booked my accommodation?
We’ll plan around your existing base and bookings.
Can you help families?
Yes. Tell me the children’s ages, your preferred pace and any mobility or other practical constraints so the plan works for your group.
What if my trip is longer than five days?
The current Custom Plan options cover up to five days. Don’t buy multiple plans to cover a longer trip. Start with Plan Check if you already have an itinerary and want to discuss which part needs attention.
Are ferry times guaranteed?
No. Operators can change schedules, and weather or operational issues can affect services. Recheck time-sensitive crossings and official booking information close to travel.
What’s the difference between Plan Check and Custom Plan?
Plan Check reviews an itinerary you already have: preparation, a 30-minute discussion and a short written summary. Custom Plan builds your itinerary from your dates, base and preferences, with an alignment call and one revision.
